Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, breathtaking views.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the views are breathtaking. It is central to a lot of the places we wanted to see in the Dolomites. The women in the front desk were wonderful as was the staff serving for breakfast and dinner. The food was also wonderful. And they provided our infant with a seat at the table which was really appreciated.
Upon check-in we were told that our reservation did not come with dinner. I do not mind paying for our dinner but their website states that it is 3/4 board. I think booking.com should sync with the hotel to provide the 3/4 board that the hotel offers. I don’t think this is the hotels fault, but this should sync to avoid customer dissatisfaction. Lastly, we were extremely uncomfortable with the guests around us. I don’t know if it’s a regional custom to stare, but the other hotel guests could not keep their eyes away from our group.
